This is a guide to show you how to check the video recording service that the exam system uses.
The first step is to click on the following link: https://tokbox.com/developer/tools/precall/ – that web page will open up in a new browser tab.
In that new browser tab, click on the blue “Run Test” button.
This test will take about a minute to run. At the end of the test, a results page will be displayed.
On the results page, look for a block called “Connectivity to OpenTok Servers”. To pass the QA evaluation, all four rows in that block must have a green check mark.
The next block to look for is the “Expected Call Quality” block. Within that block are two sub-blocks, one for video, and another for audio.
To pass the QA evaluation for your site, both the video and audio quality:
- Must be 4.0 or above
- Must show 0% video packet loss
